June   My latest book is released: FRONTLINE
The memorials and graves of the Battle for Moscow in Winter 1941, the biggest and bloodiest battle of WW2 and the turning point of the whole war. I did the photographs for this book (and the portfolio)in Winter 2015/16. They are far from a complete inventory. They are showing the monuments and memorials that have impressed me most. And they reflect the mood that this places radiate(at least for me). And they should be also a reminder to the 20 million civilians killed and the seven million fallen Soviet soldiers of WW2.
